How to Close My Establishment for the Day?

If you need to temporarily close your establishment, you can do so easily from your Smood Manager account.

Steps to close your establishment:

1. Go to your Smood Manager account.
2. Navigate to the "Closures" section.
3. Add a new closure period.
4. Select the reason:

• Emergency closure

• Vacation
  
   5️. Add a description (optional).
   6️. Specify the end date and time.
  

Important: An emergency closure cannot exceed 24 hours.

✅ Once saved, your establishment will appear as closed to customers until it reopens.

Resuming Orders

The closure will automatically deactivate at the end of the chosen date and time, or you can manually remove the closure from your Smood Manager account. Once deactivated, your establishment will be open to customers again.
