March 2025 Coca-Cola Contest Terms and Conditions

1. General 

The competition is organized by Smood SA in partnership with Coca-Cola HBC Schweiz AG. 


2. Contest period

The competition runs from March 17, 2025 to March 30, 2025.


3. Conditions of entry 

The competition is open to all natural persons residing in Switzerland who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Smood SA, Coca-Cola HBC Schweiz AG, as well as any person directly involved in the organization of the contest, are not eligible to participate.


4. How to enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

  1. Place an order on the Smood platform during the competition period.

  2. Add at least one product from the Coca-Cola range to their order (Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero, Fanta, Sprite, FuseTea, Valser).


Each order meeting these criteria entitles the customer to one (1) chance to win.


5. Designation of winners

Winners will be selected by random draw from among all valid entries received during the contest period. The draw will take place between March 31, 2025.


Winners will be contacted by e-mail on April 4 at the latest and will be asked to confirm their contact details (surname, first name and postal address) in order to receive their prize.


In the absence of a response within fourteen (14) days of notification, the winner will be deemed to have definitively renounced his/her prize, which will be considered definitively lost. In this case, Smood will draw another winner at random. 


6. Prizes

The prizes consist of two (2) Apple iPhone 15 Pro (128GB, Black Titanium, SIM + eSIM), each worth CHF 991.
The prize cannot be modified and cannot be exchanged for cash. It may not be assigned or transferred to third parties, whether free of charge or in return for payment.


To the extent permitted by law, all liability for damages is excluded. Smood and Coca-Cola HBC disclaim all claims beyond the awarding of the prize. Any warranty is expressly excluded.


This competition is organized by Smood SA and Coca-Cola HBC, without any sponsorship or participation whatsoever by Apple.

The prizes will be sent to the winners by post by May 15, 2025 at the latest.


7. Use of personal data

Participants agree that their personal data may be used by Smood SA and Coca-Cola HBC Schweiz AG solely for the purposes of the competition and the awarding of prizes. Data will not be shared with third parties without participants' consent.


8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction 

The competition and its terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law, to the exclusion of its referential norms. The place of jurisdiction for natural persons is Geneva or the place of domicile. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for legal entities is Geneva. The right to appeal to the Swiss Federal Supreme Court remains reserved.


9. Acceptance of terms and conditions

Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of the above terms and conditions. 


Smood SA reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions or to cancel the contest at any time during the participation period. 


Smood SA reserves the right to exclude a participant for legitimate reasons, such as, for example, a violation of the conditions of participation or an attempt to cheat or manipulate the system.
