How to Manage Your Menu Availability?

You have several options to manage your product availability and adjust your menu based on stock. Here’s how:


From the Smood Tablet

1. Go to the "Menu" section to view all products in your active menu.



2. Click on a product's status to modify it.
3. Adjust availability by changing the product status:

  • Available: The product is visible to Smood customers.

  • Out of Stock (Indefinite): The product will appear as out of stock to customers.

  • Unavailable Today: The product is marked as out of stock and will automatically return to stock the next day.

  • Hidden Product: Use this status to hide the product without deleting it.



You can also manage the availability of a product’s options by clicking on a product with an arrow to view and edit the associated options.


From the Smood Manager

1. Log in to your management interface at manager.smood.ch.
2. Go to the "Menu" section and open the product details.

  • To hide a product, uncheck the "Visible" option.
  • For indefinite out-of-stock status, uncheck the middle option.
  • For a temporary one-day stock shortage, uncheck the last option.


By using these options, you can easily adjust product availability in real-time, ensuring customers only see what is actually available.
