How to use my Smood tablet ?

How can I access my orders ?


  • From the main screen, click on “New Smood Restaurant”
  • A screen with a code appears
  • Click on ""Connection""
  • You are now on the space of management of your orders

1 = New orders space

2 = Orders in preparation

3 = Orders ready

4 = Orders history

 


Order reception

You will see a pink screen when a new order arrives. Tablet makes sound signal at regular interval if you don't click on the screen.

Here is the screen with new orders :

New orders are displayed in green. A green notification indicates the number of new orders to be processed.

Click on the order to see what you have to prepare. 

Use the button at the bottom left corner to print the ticket

Click on ""Confirm"" to indicate to Smood that you started to prepare the order

Tablet will make a sound regularly if you don't confirm news orders.

You are making the order

You will find orders you confirm in the second tab

You will find on the right of each order the time you have to finish it. You have to finish orders when the driver arrive.

  • Order in white means you are in time
  • Order in orange means you are late. You will see ""Ready?"" on the right of those orders

Order updates: A warning icon is visible when an important change is made to an order. I need to check it as soon as possible

When you have finish, select the order and click on ""Ready"" to notify Smood that the order is ready to be picked up and delivered. 


Bags :

You can ask for special bags to delivery the order in the best condition.



Your order is ready

Order finished are visible in the third screen. You will find all orders you've made today here.

Find the history of your order in the fourth screen. You can select a particular date in this page.
