How to Differentiate a Delivery Order from a Click & Collect Order?

On the Smood Restaurant app, we use a color-coding system to help you quickly identify the type of order.

When to check the delivery method?

1. Upon receiving the order
When a new order arrives on the tablet, the delivery method is displayed in the order preview.

2. By checking the order details
 A colored banner helps you identify the type of order:

• Pink → Click & Collect order (the customer will pick up their order).

• Orange → Delivery order (a courier will pick up the order).

3. In the "Ready Orders" section
Once the order is ready, it appears in the list:

• Click & Collect orders are displayed in pink for better visibility.

Thanks to these color codes, you can manage your orders more efficiently and avoid confusion.
