How to Modify My Delivery Fees and Distance?

Managing Delivery Fees and Distances with Smood
If you do not handle the delivery yourself, Smood takes care of it within a maximum radius of 12 km. Our delivery fees are set to ensure a competitive offer in line with the current market.

Do you use your own fleet of couriers?
By working with Smood while using your own delivery drivers, you have the freedom to manage your own delivery distances.

How to Set Your Custom Delivery Fees?

1. Go to your Smood Manager account
2. Go to the "Fees" section
3. Click on "New" to add a custom configuration
4. Define the following:

• Distance Range: Determine the delivery area distance.

• Delivery Fee: The fee applied if the customer's address is within that range.

• MOV (Minimum Order Value): The minimum purchase amount required to place an order.

• Additional Fees: An option to activate if you want to allow customers to order below the MOV.

Additional Fees: Activate or Not?

✔️ If you activate additional fees:
The customer can place an order even if their cart is below the MOV. The additional fee will be added to the total.

❌ If you don't activate it:
The customer will need to meet the MOV to be able to place the order.
