Updating Your Preparation Time on Smood

Smood allows you to set a global preparation time for each opening period. We also do our best to allow you to set a specific preparation time for each product you sell.

Tip: Set a preparation time suited for average volume orders to ensure smooth management and avoid delays, no matter how many items are ordered.

⚠ Large Order in Progress? 
If an order exceeds your usual preparation time, contact Smood customer service. We will inform the customer of the extra delay and adjust the assignment of delivery drivers to optimize their route and reduce wait time.

How to Modify Your Preparation Time?

1. Go to your Smood Manager account.
2. Navigate to the "Opening Hours" tab.
3. Click the button to modify your opening periods.
4. In the window that opens, adjust the "Preparation" field with your new global preparation time.
5. Click "Save" to validate the modification.
   
   

Once these steps are completed, your preparation time will be updated, and new customers will see this information when placing their orders on Smood.
