How to View My Pre-Orders?

Managing Pre-Orders on Your Tablet
Pre-orders are orders placed in advance by customers, but they do not need to be prepared immediately. Smood sends you these future orders so that you can better organize, ensure complete orders, and respond effectively to customer expectations.

Where to Find Pre-Orders?
Pre-orders are listed in a dedicated section, identifiable by a calendar and clock icon located at the bottom left of the screen.

How to Be Notified of a Pre-Order?
When a customer places a pre-order, a blue notification appears along with a ringtone.

(This notification repeats every hour until the order is viewed)

What to Do After Receiving a Pre-Order?
By opening the order, you can:

    ✔️ View the exact date and time when the order should be ready.

    ✔️ Check the items ordered by the customer.

    ✔️ Report any stock shortages in advance.

    ✔️ Print the receipt in anticipation.

Once you have viewed the pre-order, it will be displayed in white in the list of pre-orders.

When to Prepare the Order?
A pre-order should be prepared when it moves into the new orders section. A pink notification will appear, indicating that you can begin the preparation.
