Report a Product as Out of Stock on an Order
A customer has ordered a product that you no longer have in stock? Don’t worry! You can report this product as out of stock directly from your tablet.
How to Do It?
Open the order in question.
Click on the "pencil" icon to modify the products.
Select the out-of-stock product and confirm its status as out of stock.
Once reported as out of stock, this product can no longer be ordered for the rest of the day.
What Happens After Reporting an Out-of-Stock Product?
When you report a product as out of stock, Smood is immediately notified. The Smood team will then get in touch with you and the customer to find a replacement solution.
⚠ Important: You can report a product as out of stock as long as the order is not marked as "Ready." Once the order is validated, this action will no longer be possible.
Use this feature to avoid mistakes and ensure customer satisfaction!
