How to Set My Working Hours?

In your Smood Manager account, you can configure your hours according to two types:

• Order Reception Hours

• Opening Hours

1. Order Reception Hours

These hours are mandatory to appear as open to customers and receive orders. They correspond to the times during which your kitchen or establishment can accept orders.
A customer can place an order until the last minute of your reception hours.

Example: If your order reception hours are from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, depending on preparation and delivery time, a customer can order between 10:30/45 AM and 4:30/45 PM.

2. Opening Hours

These hours prevent you from receiving late orders if your establishment closes strictly at a certain time.

Example:

• Your restaurant accepts orders from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Your establishment closes at 5:00 PM.
• Set 5:00 PM as the closing time for the doors.
• Smood will ensure that all orders are collected before that time.

How to Set Your Hours?

1. Go to the "Opening Hours" section
2. Select "Add a New Opening Period" or edit an existing period
3. Choose the days that will follow these hours
4. Set the opening and closing times for orders
5. Specify a general preparation time
6. Select whether these hours apply to delivery or takeout
7. Indicate whether these hours are for order reception or door opening

Repeat the process if needed to add other time slots.

Once configured, your new hours will be taken into account on Smood and visible to your customers!
