My Business is Not Visible on Smood.ch – What Should I Do?

Can’t find your business on Smood.ch? Don’t worry! Check these points before contacting our support team:


Check if your business is temporarily closed today
From your Manager dashboard or tablet, ensure that no exceptional closure period has been added.


Verify your opening hours
In your Manager dashboard, review and update your opening hours. The app also displays your hours for the day.


Enter a delivery address near your business
As a customer, make sure the selected delivery address is within your coverage area.


If your business is still not visible after these checks, contact your account manager or reach out to our support team at support.smood.ch.
